Company Name – 2COMS!   Role – Associate / Sr. Associate Location – Pune & Bangalore Shift – Flexible With Shift time Work from Home Key Responsibilities   §Review, red-line & vet IT service contracts & agreements §End to end obligation lifecycle management on the Contract Lifecycle Management tool to ensure compliance including extracting key contractual obligations as per the defined SOPs §Manage Contract Repository by ensuring submission of contractual documents §Clarify and resolve any contractual queries in a timely manner §Prepare contract brief decks & present to the business teams within the Organization §Work under the guidance & supervision of the Contract Management Team Leads to ensure adherence to standard turnaround & quality SLAs §Guide business teams with regards to contractual provisions of a contract §Identify and manage contract risk & issues by maintaining in logs §Support business teams on reviewing, negotiating change control /amendments and maintaining contract change log §Engaging and guiding business teams in reviewing Subcontractor flow-down terms  §Facilitate dispute resolution process and termination assistance §Support business teams on Contract conformance or Restatement of contract §Act as a facilitator between various support teams and business teams to resolve contract related queries Skills required §Excellent written and oral communication & interpretation skills §Proficiency in using MS Office §Ability to use a Contract Lifecycle Management §High-level understanding of major legal & commercial terms used in contracts §High-level understanding of key contractual constructs Qualifications (Education, Experience) §Consistent strong academic performance §Academic qualifications – Graduate / Post Graduate in Law, Commerce, Management or Finance §Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Contract / Commercial Management or other comparable §experience within a law firm or LPOs; for an IT services environment   Interested can…
