4-7 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have prior experience working on transactions related to M&A, Private Equity, Corporate, Commercial and FDI attendant aspects.

Practice Area: Projects & Energy
4-7 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have handled infrastructure development projects (including PPP projects) in various sectors such as power, roads, ports, railways, airports, SEZs, etc.

ASSOCIATES / SENIOR ASSOCIATES / PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATES
Practice Area: Electricity Regulatory & Policy
3-7 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have handled electricity dispute-related matters and appeared before the ERC, APTEL, CERC.
